Join us for a once in a lifetime journey through the heart of Scotland's food culture.  From the coastal charm of Fife - with its fresh seafood, historic fishing villages and those award-winning preserves - to the lush landscapes of Perthshire, home to artisan bakeries, distilleries and farm-to-table experiences, this tour celebrates Scotland's flavors at their finest.  Blending breathtaking scenery with unforgettable meals, it's a true taste of Scotland off the beaten path. 

 

You will enjoy Michelin star meals including dinner at Chef Tom Kitchin's The Scran & Scallie, dinner prepared by renowned Chef Sarah Rankin, cooking school at the amazing Ballintaggart Farm, a preserve workshop with award winning jammer Fiona Audsley, the Grand Tully, experience the Highland Chocolatier and the great add  on for May is a farm tour with The Hebridean Baker himself!  Coinneach is an International best selling author with his cookbooks and along with his partner Peter McQueen, they now own a beautiful croft on Oban where we will hear stories and of course food will be involved!

This is the approximate itinerary:

Day 1 - flight into Edinburgh; stay at The Norton House Estate

Day 2 - off to the fishing village of Pittenweem and a "jam class" then tea at Fiona Audsley's farm; tour the village of Pittenweem then dinner at Chef Tom Kitchin's Scran & Scallie in Stockbridge.

Day 3 - Ardross Farm Shop, lunch at Baern Cafe, Crail Harbour Tea & Gallery, dinner at St. Andrew's 

Day 4 - check out and head north to Perthshire checking into our B&B in Pitlochry, Afternoon Tea at Hettie's Tearoom and time to explore the village.

Day 5 - The Hermitage Walk, explore the quaint village of Dunkeld and dinner at The Tay Bank.

Day 6 - off to Aberfeldy, lunch at Ballintaggart, The Birks of Aberfeldy (walk); Dewar's Distillery tour, private dinner by Chef Sarah Rankin

Day 7 - House of Braur (food, shopping, hike); back to Pitlochry dinner at the Old Mill Inn.

Day 8 - check out and head back to Edinburgh

recommend staying at the Hampton Inn at the airport for a flight out on day 9
